Serve Up Something Great at the Military Appreciation Celebration

The Veterans Support Commission is excited to welcome food trucks and mobile food vendors to our upcoming Military Appreciation Celebration!

This special community event brings together veterans, active-duty military members, their families, and supporters for a day dedicated to honoring those who have served, celebrating our military community, and bringing people together.

We’re looking for a great variety of food trucks to help make the celebration even better. Whether you serve BBQ, burgers, tacos, desserts, specialty drinks, or something completely unique, we’d love to hear from you!

Please complete the application form below with information about your food truck, menu, contact information, and any additional details requested.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement at the event. Applications will be reviewed by the Veterans Support Commission team to ensure a diverse selection of vendors and to help prevent excessive duplication of food concepts.

Once your application has been received, please allow 24–48 hours for our team to review your information. A member of the Veterans Support Commission will contact you regarding approval, event details, vendor requirements, setup information, and next steps.

Before You Submit

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that:

All food trucks and mobile vendors must comply with applicable health, safety, permitting, licensing, and insurance requirements.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, supplies, staffing, power, and other operational needs unless otherwise arranged with the Veterans Support Commission.
Vendor placement and setup locations will be assigned by event organizers.
Approved vendors must follow designated arrival, setup, operating, and departure times.
The Veterans Support Commission reserves the right to approve or decline vendor applications based on event needs, available space, menu variety, safety requirements, and other event considerations.

Food Truck Requirements & Acknowledgments

Please Check all the boxes to acknowledge you’ve read the following:

Food Trucks must be present from 10am-5pm, or later if desired.

Food Trucks must be set up and ready by 10am.

This entire application must be complete and payment received to qualify.

All permits & required paperwork shall be displayed at all times – VSC or Fred Lobster Social Club will not be responsible for Food Trucks not displaying permits.

Participation in previous Military Appreciation Celebration events does not guarantee acceptance into this year’s event. Applications will be approved according to what we feel will add variety to maintain a quality event.

After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated parking area.

Any questions must be addressed with VSC staff only.

Any items you will be selling should be listed above so that we may approve your application.

I will allow the VSC to take photos & display them on their website for future use/advertising. (OPTIONAL)
